The Trainee Program of Sika China started in 2007.

During the one-year training period, the trainees will work in different departments to receive trainings. Senior managers act as tutors, coaching the trainees and sharing work experience with them. The trainees learn and grow in the work and practices. In addition, more systematical and various trainings are provided to the trainees, which arm the trainees with versatile knowledge.

The Trainee Program is a long term human strategy of Sika China for future challenge. This program gets great support from the top and middle management, who make great efforts in training and helping these fresh. The trainees themselves are working hard at their positions to grow and play more and more important role.
